As an Accounting & Inventory Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, optimizing stock management, and driving operational efficiency in our Jakarta Selatan office.

In this role, you will work closely with our finance and operations teams to manage our inventory, reconcile accounts, and provide financial insights that support our business growth. Leveraging your expertise in accounting and inventory management, you will ensure that our financial records are up-to-date and accurate, while also optimizing our stock levels to meet customer demand.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure stock accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize inventory levels and reduce excess stock.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide financial support to the operations team, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Participate in audits and reviews as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and inventory management, preferably in a luxury or retail environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
