📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic reform initiatives aligned with national development goals.
• Lead a team of reform experts to drive policy development and implementation.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify key areas for reform and innovation.
• Coordinate with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community leaders to create impactful solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of reform initiatives to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Represent the National Reform Institute of Indonesia in national and international forums.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Manage and allocate resources to ensure the successful execution of reform projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in national reform, policy development, or strategic planning.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams in complex and dynamic environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct comprehensive research.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with government and non-profit organizational structures and processes.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Trello or Asana.
