You'll work closely with our product team to ensure our offerings are compelling, competitive, and aligned with marketplace best practices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize product listings on Tokopedia, Bukalapak, and Shopee, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with marketplace guidelines.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven strategies to enhance listing visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns aimed at increasing marketplace traffic and conversions.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and actionable recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketplace features, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our listings and strategies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives to drive growth and engagement on our marketplace channels.
• Foster strong relationships with marketplace support teams to ensure smooth operations and quick resolution of any issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing listings on Tokopedia, Bukalapak, and Shopee.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Certification in e-commerce or marketplace management is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
