Based in Canggu, Ubud, or Denpasar, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

As a Manager, IT Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of a robust data infrastructure that supports the company's strategic goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, ensuring that data is accurately captured, stored, and analyzed. By leveraging tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL Server, you will create dynamic dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into business performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Architect and implement a centralized "Single Point of Truth" data infrastructure.
Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
Create dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and other BI tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement KPIs and metrics.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the organization.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Oversee the implementation of data governance policies and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field of Business Intelligence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analytics role.
Proven experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL Server.
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics are a plus.
Fluency in English is required.
