📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs and provide insightful financial analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Provide financial guidance and support to business units to optimize their financial performance.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Stay updated with accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software such as Oracle, SAP, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
- Certification in professional accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
