📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs for retail teams, focusing on customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and performance of retail staff.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to retail associates, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of retail teams, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, retail best practices, and company policies to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.
• Collaborate with retail managers and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail training, retail management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully training and developing retail teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems and sales tracking tools.
