📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage HR operations across multiple locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Provide HR support to managers and local teams, addressing their HR-related needs.
• Conduct regular HR audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multi-location environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
