📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring minimal errors.
• Greet and assist customers, providing them with a friendly and professional service.
• Process payments using cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working order.
• Provide change and receipts promptly and accurately.
• Assist with inventory management by updating stock levels and alerting staff to low stock items.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and discreetly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
