You will develop and maintain analytics frameworks, conduct data analysis, and provide regular reports to senior management. • Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize mining operations.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Conduct data mining and predictive modeling to forecast operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain analytics frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of analytics into operational processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of mining operations, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in mining analytics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in mining operations and analytics, with a strong background in data-driven decision-making.
• Proven expertise in advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Certifications in data analytics (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Data Science Certification) are a plus.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills to drive data-driven initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to senior management.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
