As a key member of our dynamic team, you will oversee daily bar operations, mentor our all-rounder staff, and ensure our bar remains a highlight of our premium dining experience. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service, inventory management, and staff training. You will work closely with our executive team to ensure our bar meets the expectations of our discerning guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
- Train and mentor all-rounder staff to ensure consistent service quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the bar's menu and promotions.
- Work closely with the executive team to ensure the bar meets guest expectations.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bar supervision or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Strong knowledge of alcohol and beverage service.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, NCR, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
