📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the sports club, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all activities.,Plan, organize, and execute a variety of sports events and activities, including tournaments, workshops, and social gatherings.,Manage and coordinate with a team of staff to ensure all events are well-attended and successful.,Maintain and update the club's database and records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.,Handle member inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.,Promote the club's events and activities through various marketing channels, both online and offline.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the club's goals and objectives are met.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the club, making necessary adjustments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sports club operations or event management.,Strong knowledge of sports and event management principles and practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
