📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes.,Ensure the quality and consistency of food.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Manage kitchen staff and ensure they follow health and safety regulations.,Prepare and maintain food inventory.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in training new kitchen staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
