📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential sites for acquisition.,Negotiate and finalize site acquisition agreements.,Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure smooth acquisition processes.,Conduct due diligence on potential sites to assess their viability.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new acquisition opportunities.,Prepare and present acquisition reports to senior management.,Maintain and update site acquisition records and databases.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian real estate laws and regulations.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with property valuation and market analysis.
