📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making,Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes,Manage the accounting team and provide guidance and support,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus
