Bay Camp Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales opportunities through targeted outreach and prospecting,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities,Develop and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients,Track and report on sales performance and key metrics,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong negotiation and persuasion skills,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
