📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.,Monitor and report on key sales metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends is a plus.
