As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our quality standards are met.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to the Store Manager.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
