Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.Source and screen candidates for various positions within the company.Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on the company's needs and the candidates' qualifications.Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide input on the recruitment process.Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure the company's recruitment efforts are effective.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and hiring decisions.Provide feedback and support to the hiring manager throughout the recruitment process.Stay up-to-date with best practices and trends in the recruitment industry.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or human resources.Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.🛠️ Keahlian
