📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the position.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture, values, and business objectives to attract the right candidates.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure we are always competitive in attracting talent.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
