📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.,Monitor and maintain quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.,Implement and enforce production schedules and workflows.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to identify and address issues.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and productivity.,Manage and optimize production resources to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Report on production progress and performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the production or manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to travel and work in remote locations as needed.
