📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules using SAP ERP and MES.
Monitor production progress and identify bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications.
Conduct regular production reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with suppliers and vendors to manage inventory and material flow.
Train and mentor junior staff on production processes and best practices.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or coordination.
Proven experience with SAP ERP and MES systems.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, night shift environment.
Familiarity with electronics manufacturing processes is a plus.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
