📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
