Tanggung Jawab:
Managing and coordinating all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and delivery scheduling.Overseeing the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that all items are handled with care and delivered on time.Working closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure that customer orders are met and delivered to the required specifications.Monitoring and maintaining our inventory levels, and ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.Developing and implementing strategies to improve our logistics processes and reduce costs.Ensuring that all logistics operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.Providing regular reports to management on the status of our logistics operations and any issues that need to be addressed.Assisting in the recruitment and training of new logistics staff as needed.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain management role.Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards in the logistics sector.Ability to travel as required to oversee logistics operations and meet customer needs.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.🛠️ Keahlian
