📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver lectures and practical training sessions on plantation crop production technology.
• Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and practical exercises.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in plantation crop production technology.
• Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through exams, projects, and practical assessments.
• Collaborate with industry professionals to ensure that the curriculum remains relevant and practical.
• Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the development of academic policies and procedures.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in teaching methods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Plantation Crop Production, or a related field.
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Plantation Crop Production Technology or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching plantation crop production technology.
• Certification in AgriSoft, CropX, or other relevant industry software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable and efficient plantation crop production practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in both English and Indonesian languages.
