📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Manage a team of sales consultants, providing training, coaching, and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Promote products and services to increase brand awareness and drive sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
