📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume setting.,Proven track record of successful restaurant operations and team management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.
