📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create learning materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the planning and coordination of training events and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
