📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and providing excellent support.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies, promotions, and product displays.,Manage and develop a team of sales associates, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outlet, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.,Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or sales role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
