📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Design and implement learning and development initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.,Conduct needs assessments and surveys to gather feedback on training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Experience in designing and facilitating training programs in a hybrid or remote environment.
