📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining a positive employer brand.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.,Assist in the analysis of recruitment metrics and data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with mining industry recruitment practices is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
