📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and transactions.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and suggest improvements.,Assist in the preparation of purchasing reports and presentations for management.,Collaborate with the purchasing team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in purchasing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing role, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
