In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger and accounts payable/receivable records,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees,Monitor bank accounts and reconcile bank statements,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations,Prepare and distribute management reports to senior management,Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures,Provide support to the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) is a plus,Knowledge of tax regulations and procedures is a plus
