📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Manage store budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales growth.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
