In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of banquet events. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including event setup, catering, and guest accommodations.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all event details are accurately communicated and executed.,Prepare and maintain event schedules, guest lists, and other relevant documentation.,Assist in the preparation and delivery of event invitations, menus, and other promotional materials.,Provide excellent customer service to event guests and ensure their needs are met throughout the event.,Assist in the cleanup and post-event follow-up to ensure all event materials are properly disposed of or returned.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
