📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.,Maintain and update accounting systems and software.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Conduct internal audits to identify and correct accounting discrepancies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English and Indonesian.
