📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.,Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their learning experience.,Organize and participate in cultural events and literary activities to promote the appreciation of Indonesian literature.,Collaborate with other educators to create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.,Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the field of Indonesian literature.,Mentor and guide junior educators to ensure the continuous improvement of teaching standards.,Promote the values and principles of the Guru Sastra Indonesia Foundation in all teaching activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Indonesian Literature, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Indonesian Literature.,Strong knowledge and understanding of Indonesian literature, including classical and contemporary works.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian language and culture.,Valid teaching certification and teaching experience in Indonesia preferred.
