As a Facility Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our facilities management, ensuring that every aspect of our properties runs smoothly. You'll work with a team of professionals, using industry-standard tools like SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and specialized facility management software to streamline operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily maintenance activities to ensure all facilities are in top condition.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors for timely and efficient service delivery.
- Implement and monitor sustainable practices to reduce environmental impact.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular facility audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and vendor performances.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing maintenance operations and vendor relationships.
- Certification in facility management or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and other facility management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Bali's local regulations and customs.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
